Asiri Surgical – IP over COAX

Techlead launched first IP over CAOX based interactive healthcare system at Asiri Surgical – Colombo. This is a fully fledge system which carries the TV signal and the internet all over the coaxial network. This hospital which is 30+ years old, Techlead’s innovative IP over Coax solution used the same or existing RF network to experience modern healthcare Pelican system for metropolitan area patients.

Unlike in other buildings that need to upgrade to digital services that first need to break the walls, spend months of closure at the loss of revenue during such time, with Techlead’s solution, there was not a single scratch made to the walls or the old infrastructure. At the completion of the deployment, all patient rooms are provided with digital IPTV services. The hospital is running with 130 connected devices and seamless experience similar to what a ptient would enjoy at Asiri kandy. The system consist with PMS integration, LIVETV, food ordering, hospital promotions ect. This is a great achievement for the hospital to digitalize the hotel TV network by using same or old network with not a single day of downtime.
